18th Century Mexican Religious Painting

Early oil painting on course linen depicting a young woman with a crucifix and spear in one hand and a basket in the other, the initials IHS (an abbreviation for Jesus) on the front of her dress. The painting was relined on fine cotton long ago as can be seen in the last photo, in old frame, Spanish Colonial/Mexican, 18th century
