Small Georgian Period Whiskey Measure, circa 1780

Hand blown and cut glass bottle known in Georgian and Regency times as a whisky measure or spirit carafe.  The small size was due to government taxation (glass tax), pub culture utility and the specific style of social drinking at the time.  Ground pontil mark and good signs of wear to the base. Could also be used as a bud vase,  circa 1750-1780 (?), English
