Long Indonesian Ikat Weaving
Resist-dyed ikat cloth, handwoven from abaca fibre, mysteriously woven in a continuous circular band so there are four sets of stylized human figures. Possibly from Sumba, an island in Indonesia where Ikat weaving is a significant cultural tradition.
