Painting on canvas depicting four women carrying pots on their heads, signed in lower left corner C Kiswanta. Constantino Kiswanta (born?- died circa 2,000) was taught to paint by his father Atanas Mwanasola Kiswanta who never painted on canvas but on hut and cave walls. Constantino worked using acrylic paint which he applid using a knife. He and his five siblings went on to establish what is known in as the Atanas style. Circa 1960-1980 (?), Tanzania
