19th Century Swedish Mechanistic Drawing By G. Mannerskantz

Pen and ink drawing done by Gustaf Mannerskantz while a student at the Tekniska Skolen, Stockholm, 1886.  The use of red and black ink on a cream ground anticipates the DeStijl movement. A great example of modern/antique mix.
