19th Century Swedish Mechanistic Drawing by G. Mannerskantz

Pen and ink mechanistic drawing done by Gustaf Mannerskantz while a student at the Tekniska Skolan, Stockholm, 1886.  The use of red and black ink on a cream ground anticipates the De Stijl movement.  A great example of modern/antique mix.
